We are a 25-unit not-for-profit seniors' apartment building looking for a:
Maintenance Person - 12 hrs./week (Monday – Thursday)

• Reporting to the Property Manager, the successful candidate will have:
• Experience in a wide variety of building and property maintenance duties including light carpentry, painting, plumbing, and garden and yard upkeep
• The ability to meet the physical demands of the position (snow shoveling, lawn maintenance, etc.) and be able to lift up to 50lbs;
• The ability to work independently;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly with seniors;
• The ability to speak French is considered an asset.
