Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, dishes, and utensils, ensuring a smooth flow of operations in a fast-paced food service environment. This role is essential in supporting our culinary team and providing excellent service to our guests. Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality settings is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout shifts
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including handling food items safely
• Support the kitchen team by ensuring all items are ready for use in a timely manner
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to uphold health standards
• Assist with waste disposal and recycling processes according to established protocols
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times

Skills

• Experience in cleaning and sanitation procedures within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper hygiene practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking support is advantageous
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with physical stamina
• Hospitality experience or hotel background is a plus but not required
