We are seeking a motivated and responsible AZ Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be the vital link in ensuring timely and safe delivery of material across designated routes. Duties

- Safely operate commercial trucks equipped for material transportation across various routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety issues before departure.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle logs to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting as needed to keep vehicles in optimal condition.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries, pick ups and resolve any issues promptly.

Skills

- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid AZ license and a good driving record.
- Experience in float truck operation considered an asset.
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs and troubleshoot vehicle issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with team members, clients, and dispatchers.
- Attention to detail for accurate record keeping, safety checks, and deliveries/pick ups.
- Physically fit to sit/stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks as required.
