Hooked Up Electrical - Bookkeeper/Office Manager
CDSSAB - ES -Cochrane
Full-Time • Timmins Region
Duties :
- Perform Bi-Weekly payroll
- Control accounts payable and receivable using Sage 50
- Answer phone calls, emails and collect mail
- Coordinate and oversea all office activities
- Complete budgeting and bookkeeping activities
- Make travel arrangement for employees
Education:
- Business/Administration or Accounting diploma is preferred
- A combination of education and experience acceptable to the employer
Pay:
20$ per hour or more depending on experience.
