Location: Hearst, Ontario
Wage: $25-$35/hour based on experience
Employment Type: Full-time, min. 30 hours/week
Language: Bilingual (English and French required)

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on General Labourer who's ready to support our crews with everything from site prep to cleanup. If you're the kind of person who shows up on time, works well in a team, and doesn't mind getting your hands dirty, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you'll: 

• Perform shoveling, site cleaning, and general labour on work sited
• Assist with traffic control during projects
• Help with cleaning and basic maintenance of the garage and equipment
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Wear personal protective equipment at all times

What you need to bring:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work safely and follow instructions
• Previous construction or labour experience is an asset, but not required

Bonus points if you also have:

• A valid driver's license
• Experience working on construction or road maintenance sites
