Contract • Timmins Region
-Cooking Healthy and diverse dinners for approx. 2-6 out of town staff each weeknight
-Accommodating a STRICT dietary restriction (Severe Celiac Disease - no gluten)
-Cleaning up dishes, kitchen and eating space after each prepared meal.
-Stocking groceries based on requests from staff. (Staff will prepare their own breakfast and lunch or purchase from a restaurant.)
-Occasional preparation of desserts and smaller day to day sweets. (ie. muffins, cookies and squares)
-Be a friendly team player and always seek to boost morale of the crew through delicious food.
-Experience working in a restaurant or catering environment
-Safe Food Handling
-Previous experience dealing with allergies/dietary restrictions
-Knowledge of foods and ingredients that contain gluten and understanding cross-contamination.
-Effective communication and organization skills
-Must have a drivers license and acceptable driving record.
Part time cook-approx 4 hrs per day (Mon-Fri)
Pay: $20+ per hour dependent on experience
Position to start Feb.20th to the end of April.
