Accounts Payable Clerk
Full-Time • Timmins Region
CJ Equipment Sales and Service is growing our team. We are currently looking to fill the position of Full-Time experienced Accounts Payable Clerk. Hours would be 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. Wage to be discussed and based on experience. Benefit package available post-probation period.
Tasks to include:
- Posting supplier invoices
- Following up with past due accounts
- Assisting with parts/shipping receiving when needed
- Assisting with customer invoices when needed
- Preparing supplier statements for payment
- Directing phone calls
Excellent customer service skills required. Proficient with computers and Microsoft office also required. Experience with Sage 50 would also be considered an asset.
